Maintenance Method Of CNC Rebar Shear-Line

The CNC rebar shear-Line is controlled by the numerical control system with accurate cutting size, flexible and convenient operation, high efficiency, requires one person operation, economical and practical, and low failure rate. In order to maintain its service life, we need to maintain it. The Rebar Shear-Line Factory will introduce you to the maintenance method of CNC rebar shear line:

1. Before starting production, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment status, mainly in the following aspects:

1) Whether the emergency stop button (any one of the three) is in the pressed state, and whether the control power switch is in the off state;

2) Is the connection of each line normal?

3) Whether each air pipe leaks;

4) Whether there is oil leakage;

5) Whether the bolt and nut connections are loose.

2. During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to check whether the motor has overheating;

3. During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to cover the electrical part, and to keep the heat dissipation smooth;

4. After the machine is in normal operation for 1~2 months, it is necessary to re-tighten the circuit breaker, the motor terminal block and the terminal block in the electric box under the condition that the power is cut off;

5. After the machine is in normal operation for 1~2 months, the oil level of the reducer, hydraulic station and air compressor should be checked regularly. If there is any shortage, it should be added to the specified position. If there is oil leakage, it should be repaired in time;

6. After the machine is in normal operation for 1~2 months, all bolts and nuts should be retightened. The first replacement of hydraulic oil should be replaced 500 hours after installation and commissioning, and then every 2000 hours. For the normal operation of the hydraulic system, the oil filter must be used to replace or add hydraulic oil.

7. Fill all the grease fittings once a week; every 24 hours, check the oil level of the triple joints. If there are any shortages, add them to the specified oil level line. Note: The specified pneumatic special oil must be used;

8. Use a brush or a breeze blower to remove dust from the electrical cabinet every week. It is very important to keep the electrical cabinet clean. Otherwise, it may cause a short circuit and burn out the equipment.

9. Check the gap between the upper and lower cutters weekly, adjust the H-mounting bolts to ensure that the gap between the upper and lower cutters is within 1mm, and the gap between the H-frame and the nylon guide is between 1 and 2mm. between;

10. For the maintenance of supporting equipment such as hydraulic station and air compressor, please refer to the instruction manual of the corresponding product.

11, pay special attention to the following matters:

1) Rebar Shear-Line operators must be trained by the equipment supplier’s technical personnel to fully understand the equipment performance, and the equipment can be operated after the training is qualified;

2) It is strictly forbidden to rinse or blow the electrical equipment with water or compressed air;

3) It is strictly forbidden to clean the electrical components in the electrical cabinet with a damp cloth or a damp brush;

4) It is strictly forbidden for non-operators to operate the equipment without authorization, otherwise it will easily cause equipment damage or injury to others;

5) After the end of each shift, the water in the air tank and the air compressor must be drained.

6) The number of shear bars must be within the energy level range.

12. Please strictly follow the instructions for use. If the equipment is faulty due to improper maintenance or incorrect operation, the consequences will be at your own risk.
