1. After turning on the high-speed straightening and cutting machine for steel bars, the upper knife cannot be extended.
Check whether the oil pipeline is correctly assembled and implement the assembly according to the instructions for use;
Check whether the lower cutter is too small or excessive. Generally, the clearance of the lower cutter should be kept at about 0.2 mm;
Check whether the electromagnetic reversing valve is not reversing, and check the line connection and electrical conditions. If the electromagnetic reversing valve is faulty, replace it.
2.The high-speed straightening cutting machine of the steel bar cuts continuously or sometimes
Check the condition of high pressure for cutting. If there is abnormality in cutting high pressure, adjust the pressure according to the instructions for use;
Check whether the gap between the upper and lower blades is too large. If any difference is found, adjust it to about 0.2 mm.
Check whether there are any short adjustments in the delay off time and the relay time. If any difference is found, set it to 0.2 ~ 0.4 seconds;
Check whether the strength of the steel bar to be cut is too high. The user can use the steel bar that has been cut before to cut it again on the machine, so that the strength of the bar to be cut is greater than 750N.
3. The high-speed straightening and cutting machine for steel bars does not cut
Inspect the electromagnetic reversing valve for damage or debris. If damage is found, replace it. If foreign matter is found, clean it after removal.
Inspect the DC contactor for open-point burnout. If the above problems are found, they can be repaired or replaced;
Check whether the proximity switch is damaged, and if it is found above, it can be replaced;
Check whether the intermediate relay has a broken condition. If you encounter the phenomenon, you can change it.
